I’m too young for this! is a site meant to ensure that every young adult affected by cancer is given access to the best age-appropriate support they are entitled to in order to get busy living at every stage of their survivorship.

Cancer patients are finding inspiration and hope from hand blown, colorful glass votives called glassybaby. The company founder Lee Rhodes is a three time cancer survivor who started the company to inspire others during their battles. The Seattle based company, known for its giving program, has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to cancer charities.

Colon Cancer Alliance

Anita Mitchell is one of our featured patients on TheDayIFoundOut.com. Anita was diagnosed with colon cancer February 3, 2005. A year later, she started “Dress in Blue Day” at her children’s K-8 school to raise awareness about screening. Now, in conjunction with the Colon Cancer Alliance, we nationally celebrate “Dress in Blue Day,” March 5th.

Bill Wixey’s Cancer Survivor Blog

Bill Wixey is a consumer investigator and news anchor at a Seattle TV station. He started the blog as a means to share his story in the fight against Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Now that Bill is officially cancer-free, his inspiring blog details his life as a cancer survivor.

The Journal of a Prizefighter

Duane Bailey-Castro is a writer and photographer living in New York City. Duane was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in late 2003. He relapsed in 2005 and then again in 2007, at which time he received an allogeneic stem cell transplant. Since 2007, he’s been cancer-free. He hopes to bring hope and inspiration to cancer patients and their families to help them in their own journey.
